Above our table whilst we were eating....nice

A great meeting on a wet and miserable December day. It was a 330 mile round trip for me but I enjoy meeting up with other forum members just before christmas. I always stop off in St. Albans on the way for a break and do some last minute christmas shopping but I also stopped this year at Abbey Motorsport. They are only ten minutes from the meeting and I discovered that power steering fluid was leaking from the car the night before so I called in for some new fluid (thanks Mark) and to try and get a new pipe.
There were many new faces at the meeting and I was pleased to see so many gunmetal grey R32's including Guy and Henry's new car. It is a drag car from Japan and they are hoping that it will produce around 1000 bhp on the dyno!
One of the things I look forward to each year is the excellent carvery and the grumpy chef. See you all next christmas!
